01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated and no dry pockets remain.
02 - Cover the container tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. This allows the oats to soften completely and absorb the liquid for a creamy consistency.
03 - In the morning, stir the oats well. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.
04 - Divide the overnight oats evenly between two bowls or jars. Top with fresh fruit, chopped nuts, and seeds as desired. Serve chilled.
