# What You'll Need:

→ Creamy Spread

01 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened (120 g)
02 - 2 tablespoons sour cream
03 - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Vegetables

07 - 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
08 - 1/2 yellow bell pepper, finely diced
09 - 1 small carrot, peeled and grated
10 - 1/2 cucumber, deseeded and finely diced
11 - 2 green onions, finely chopped
12 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

→ Wraps

13 - 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch diameter)

# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper with a spatula or spoon until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
02 - Fold the diced red and yellow bell peppers, grated carrot, diced cucumber, chopped green onions, and parsley into the creamy base, ensuring even distribution throughout the mixture.
03 - Arrange the flour tortillas flat on a clean cutting board or work surface.
04 - Divide the vegetable filling into four equal portions. Evenly spread one portion over each tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border along the edges.
05 - Carefully roll each tortilla up tightly. Using a sharp knife, trim the ends and then cut each roll into 1-inch pieces.
06 - Transfer the tortilla pieces to a serving platter. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours for chilled appetizers.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • They make you look like you spent hours, but really, it takes fifteen minutes tops.
  • The mix of cool, crisp veggies and creamy filling is basically a party for your mouth every time.
02 -
  • Letting the mixture sit too long before spreading can make it watery—work quick for best results.
  • Layering the filling too thick makes rolling almost impossible; spreading it thinner keeps everything neat.
03 -
  • Always dab excess moisture from veggies before mixing in, or the filling can get runny.
  • Warming tortillas briefly makes them less prone to cracking when rolled.
