01 - Combine drained feta and softened cream cheese in a food processor. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed.
02 - Transfer the whipped feta mixture to a serving bowl and smooth the surface evenly with the back of a spoon.
03 - In a small saucepan, warm the honey and red pepper flakes over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant and gently heated. Do not allow to boil. Remove from heat and let rest briefly.
04 - Spoon the warm hot honey evenly over the whipped feta. Finish with a sprinkle of minced herbs and freshly cracked black pepper.
05 - Serve immediately alongside crusty bread, pita chips, or fresh vegetable crudités for dipping.
